  • No work will be done without an official company Purchase Order
  • For new websites, no work will not begin until The Mail Exchange CC receive customer sign-off on the quotation.
  • Any additional functionality that has not been specified in the initial quote needs to be quoted and signed off before being added to the project.
  • Changes to signed off material will result in extra billing and increase the deadline date of the project.
  • Upon completion of the project you will be required to sign off via e-mail or fax before the site goes live.
  • This quote does not include the capture of data, the supply of photography, text copyrighting, Search Engine Optimization or graphic design, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
  • This quote does not include the purchase of the source code. Should the client want access to the source code, please let us know so that we can re-quote.
  • This quotation is valid for 14 days.
  • A 50 percent deposit is required before any work will commence.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that all content conforms to South African laws.
  • Payment terms are strictly COD, unless previously organized with management.
  • Interest of 2 percent per month will be charged on overdue invoices.
