What if something goes wrong?
The system will take a before and after snapshot of your website. Once the updates have run it will compare the 2. We will set an acceptable change level and if the changes are above that level, the updates are rolled back and we are emailed so that we can manually intervene. There are very rare instances where there is a PHP error generated during the update of a plugin. We would then manually troubleshoot the issue.
How much downtime will we have?
Downtime is kept to a minimum by scheduling the updates to run at low usage times. The length of each update will also vary depending on how many and what updates need to be run.
Why are not all themes supported?
Certain themes do not include an automatic update facility. This is especially true of themes purchased from the Envato network. Themes that do not have that feature will need to be updated manually.
Do I need to sign up for 12 months?
There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time. Fees are charged in advance so all you need to do is cancel before the end of the month.
I have multiple domains do you offer a discount?

What is the benefit of hosting with you as well?
Other than the cost-saving, the biggest benefit is that we have full control of the domain, so can react to any issues far quicker than if we need to rely on another hosting company to give us access.
